In-Home Postpartum Concierge Service

Welcome

Life is beautiful and complicated. When the complicated becomes overwhelming we may need others to support us. This is where the brave work of therapy comes in. My hope is to provide a safe and comforting environment to do the work of untangling the messy parts of life together.

A little about me...

I have been in clinical practice for over ten years, and what I know and have witnessed is that life is not meant to be done alone. Relationships are an integral part of our lives that make it beautiful and fulfilling. However, relationships are complex and often require adjustment and care. This takes courage and a willingness to engage "the mess" to have healthy and authentic connection with ourselves and others.

I view counseling as a collaborative process, integrating mind, body, emotions, and faith, while using several therapeutic modalities listed below. My Christian faith is essential to who I am and greatly contributes to my calling as a professional counselor. It is my desire to walk alongside all people, no matter their religious affiliation or personal background.

I believe the process of therapy can bring healing to one’s life - personally, relationally and for generations to come. I hope to join you on your journey and see it as an honor to partner with people on their way to healing.

“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” - Brene Brown

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.

You are welcome to call, email or login to your Client Portal to make changes to upcoming appointments. Please know that should you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged the full rate for the session.
